This Privacy Policy describes how Delphi Rive ("Delphi Rive," "us," "we," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit www.delphirive.com (the "Site"), purchase our pieces, sign up for our communications, or otherwise interact with us.

With your consent, we send marketing communications about our pieces, collections, offers, and events through email (and, where you have separately opted in, SMS messages).
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by writing to privacy@delphirive.com. We will continue to send you transactional emails relating to your orders, account, and customer service inquiries.
SMS
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP or write to privacy@delphirive.com.

If you have an account with us, we may still send you transactional and account-related communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, customer service responses) regardless of your marketing preferences.
How We Protect Your Information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The Site uses SSL/TLS encryption for transactional pages, and access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to perform their duties.

How Long We Keep Your Information

The Site may contain links to other websites, social media platforms, or third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.
International Data Transfers
Delphi Rive is based in the United States. If you access the Site or place an order from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, and may also be transferred to other countries where our service providers operate.

The data protection laws of the United States may differ from those of your country of residence. By using the Site or providing information to us, you consent to this transfer, except where additional safeguards apply by law (see Appendix C for residents of the EU, UK, and Switzerland).
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of sixteen (16). If we learn that we have collected information from a child under sixteen, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please write to privacy@delphirive.com.
Do Not Track
Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal that tells websites the user does not wish to be tracked. As there is currently no agreed industry standard for honoring these signals, we do not respond to them. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law, and we provide the opt-out mechanisms described above.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the services we offer. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page and post the updated policy on the Site. Material changes will be communicated to you through prominent notice on the Site or, where required, by email.

Your CCPA Rights

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA. To the extent we do in the future, you will have the right to limit such use.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service based on your exercise of these rights.

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights
To exercise your rights under the CCPA, please write to us at privacy@delphirive.com with the subject line "CCPA Request" and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request — we will ask for information sufficient to confirm that you are the person about whom we hold information.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authority and may also require that you verify your own identity directly with us.

We will respond to verified requests within forty-five (45) days. If we need additional time (up to a further forty-five days), we will notify you of the reason and the extension.

You may submit a request to know or delete up to two times within a 12-month period.
Shine the Light Request
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes. Your Nevada Rights
Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information for monetary consideration. Delphi Rive does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration as defined under Nevada law.

Legal Basis for Processing
Under the GDPR (Article 6) and equivalent provisions of UK and Swiss law, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a Contract
We process your personal data to fulfill orders, deliver pieces, manage returns and exchanges, and provide customer service in connection with your purchase.
Legitimate Interests
We process your personal data to operate and improve the Site, prevent fraud, conduct internal analytics, and respond to your inquiries. We balance these interests against your rights as a data subject and will not process where your interests override our legitimate ones.

Delphi Rive is based in the United States. When you provide personal data to us, that data is transferred to and processed in the United States, which the European Commission has not deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection.
