
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Delphi Rive order. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.
All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal within 28 days of delivery and returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please try on all garments with care and over your own underwear. Items returned with signs of wear, staining, fragrance, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
U.S. Returns & Exchanges
For orders delivered within the United States, eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange, when available.
To begin a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and enter the order number and email address used to place the order. Follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return and complete your request.
If a size exchange is requested, the replacement item is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable at the time your return is processed, your original item will be refunded instead.
If you would prefer a different style or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
A prepaid return label will be provided through the portal for eligible U.S. returns. If any return shipping fee applies, it will be shown in the portal before the return is completed.
International Returns
For orders delivered outside the United States, eligible full-price items may be returned through our Returns Portal within 28 days of delivery.
At this time, exchanges are not available for international orders. If you would like a different size or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
To begin an international return, please visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address. Follow the instructions provided to generate your return and shipping documents.
International return shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown in the portal and deducted from the refund total once the return has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, and similar import fees are also non-refundable.
To avoid customs delays, please ensure all return paperwork is completed accurately. Delphi Rive is not responsible for delays, rejected returns, or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect customs documentation.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

unworn, unused, and unwashed

in original condition

with all original tags attached

returned through our authorized Returns Portal

free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear
Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused and sent back to the customer.
Returns submitted outside of our authorized return system cannot be processed.
Final Sale Items
Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Any item returned that does not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team before initiating a return through the portal.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method only. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and any applicable return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified fault or shipping error on our part.

Additional Information
Only items purchased directly from delphirive.com are eligible for return under this policy.
Returns from multiple orders should not be combined unless expressly authorized.
Delphi Rive reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
