RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I. U.S. Online Returns & Exchanges Policy
We design high-quality pieces for you to love and wear season after season. In the off chance that your item(s) did not work out this time, we accept returns on full-price items within 28 days of delivery receipt date in original condition and with tags attached.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment, less any shipping costs.

Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale with the exception of full price product purchased with a discount code.

All returned product must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all manufacturers tags attached.

All lingerie and swimwear returns must have tags still attached and any protective linings intact.

Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned.

Please note, a $10 return fee will be deducted from your return amount.

Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Delphi Rive gift cards are non-refundable.

II. U.S. Online Store Sale Purchases Policy
Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items. Delphi Rive does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. III. U.S. Online Store Exchanges Policy
We are pleased to offer exchanges on full priced purchases depending on availability.
We accept exchanges on full-price items within 28 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached. Any special packaging, accessories, or attachments that were included with your item(s) must also be returned. Only items purchased from www.delphirive.com will be accepted for exchange. Any remaining balance refund from an exchange order will be issued to the original form of payment. In addition, any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Items purchased at a discount are Final Sale and ineligible for exchange.
Please note, there is no return fee associated with an Exchange order. Delphi Rive gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any questions about an outstanding order, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@delphirive.com.
IV. U.S. Online Store Exchanges Instructions
Our exchange process is convenient and easy.
Step 1- Enter the order number and zip code that was used to make your purchase. Follow the options to begin the return process. You will have to option to select "Shop Now," and from there, you can select the new size that you'd like to place an exchange order for. From there, you complete the steps of the return/exchange process, and get your pre-paid return label and RA#.
Step 2 –Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.
Step 3 – Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.
Step 4- Await the new order to be processed and shipping by Delphi Rive. We will send you an email once your exchange order has been shipped and delivered, along with email notification when the return has been received and processed.
V. U.S. Online Store Return Instructions
Our return process is convenient and easy.
Step 1- Enter the email address that was used to make your purchase. You will then receive an email in your inbox to initiate the process by clicking “Start a return”. Follow the options to begin the return process and get your pre-paid return label and RA#.
Step 2 –Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.
Step 3 – Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.
Step 4- We will send you an email once the return has been received and processed.
VI. U.S. Paypal Returns
If PayPal was used as your method of payment, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:
1. If you would like a refund back to your PayPal account, your merchandise must be returned to www.delphirive.com. Once processed, your refund should be posted in your PayPal account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.
2. If you need to make an exchange for a different item, color or size, please return your item for refund and place a new order for the preferred item. A credit for standard ground shipping can be provided upon shipment of your new order by contacting Customer Service at customercare@delphirive.com.
VII. International Returns Policy

The shipping fee will be deducted from the total order refund.
We are unable to refund duties and taxes which are included in the item price at checkout. Please be advised due to the non-refundable cost of duties and taxes, your refund may be less than the original purchase price.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, all customers within the EU who have placed an order of any final sale product on www.delphirive.com can reach out to customercare@delphirive.com within 14 days of order delivery to inquire about returns of final sale product. All related return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

VIII. International Return Instructions
Our return process is convenient and easy.
Step 1- Enter the Global E order number, along with the email address that was used to make your purchase.
Step 2- Select the items that you would like to return, along with identifying the return reason.
Step 3 – Create the return label of your choice. If you choose to use "Self-Postage Returns," this option allows you to generate a self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of your choice at your own cost. If you choose "Prepaid Courier Returns," a prepaid shipping label via Fedex can be generated. The cost of the return will be shown in the Returns Portal, however customers will not be charged until the order is refunded, and the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Step 4- Pack your item(s) in their original packaging along with the return form that was included with your order.
Step 5 – Attach your pre-paid shipping label and drop it off at your nearest location.
Step 6- We will send you an email once the return has been received and processed. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for processing.
IX. International Sale Purchases Policy
