Returns & Exchanges
Each Delphi Rive piece passes through many hands before it reaches yours. Should something not feel entirely right, we are glad to welcome it back to us.

Our Terms
A return may be requested within 28 days of delivery, through our Returns Portal. Pieces must come back to us as they left — unworn, unwashed, and with every tag still in place.
We ask that you try each piece on with care, always over your own undergarments, so that it remains in a condition we are able to receive. Each return is reviewed on arrival; pieces showing signs of wear, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage are not ones we can accept.
For Our United States Clientele
Full-price pieces may be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange in size, subject to availability at the time your return is processed. To begin, please visit our Returns Portal and enter the order number and email address used at checkout. The portal will guide you through each step and provide a prepaid return label. Should any return shipping fee apply, it will be shown to you before the return is completed.
If the size you wish to exchange into is no longer with us, a refund will be issued in its place. Should you prefer a different style or shade altogether, we kindly ask that you return the original piece for a refund and place your new order at your leisure.
For Our International Clientele
Full-price pieces may be returned within 28 days of delivery through our Returns Portal. Exchanges are not available outside of the United States at this time; if a different size or style is desired, we ask that the original be returned for a refund and a new order placed.
Begin your return within the portal, where you will find the necessary return and customs documents. Any international return shipping fees will be noted for you and drawn from your refund once the parcel has been received. Original shipping, as well as duties, taxes, VAT, and customs charges, remain non-refundable.
We ask that all paperwork be completed with care. Delphi Rive cannot be held responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges that arise from incomplete or inaccurate customs documentation.
The Condition of Your Return
We ask that each returned piece arrive with us:

unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

with every original tag still in place

free from fragrance, makeup, deodorant, stains, and pet hair

sent through our authorised Returns Portal
Pieces received in any other condition may, with regret, be sent back to you. Returns made outside the portal cannot be processed.
Final Sale
Pieces marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. We mention this gently — these are often limited or archive pieces, and we invite you to consider them only when you are certain.
Should Something Arrive Amiss
If a piece reaches you faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please write to our Customer Care team before opening a return through the portal. A brief note with your order number and a few clear photographs allows us to attend to the matter at once.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be reviewed and processed. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment; your bank or card issuer may require a few days more for the sum to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping fees remain non-refundable, save where the return is the result of a verified fault or error on our part.

Further Notes
Only pieces purchased from delphirive.com are eligible for return under this policy. Returns from separate orders should be kept separate, unless we have arranged otherwise with you. Delphi Rive reserves the right to decline any return that falls outside of the terms above.
