Your right to opt out

By email — write to privacy@delphirive.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request." Tell us your full name and an email address we can use to confirm your identity. We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days, as required by California law.

Through the Global Privacy Control — we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by browsers and extensions that support it. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat that as a request to opt out for that browser session.

Submitting a request through an authorized agent

A note on what stays the same
Opting out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising does not stop you from seeing advertisements altogether. You may still see Delphi Rive advertisements on other websites — they will just no longer be tailored to you based on your activity on our Site.
