The Caetana strappy garter belt rises high on the waist – Swiss embroidery across the front, blue silk at the sides and back. Slim straps run from the waistband down through the sheer panel to four suspenders, satin bows at the hips and gold hardware at every adjuster; a bow with pendant marks the center front.
